Situated in the culturally vibrant city of Thrissur, Kerala, Government Law College, Thrissur (GLC Thrissur) stands as a preeminent establishment in the realm of legal education. Established in 1992, it is the fourth Government law college in the state and is under the ownership of the Government of Kerala. Affiliated with the University of Calicut and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, the college offers comprehensive legal education through three-year undergraduate, five-year integrated, and postgraduate programs. Inaugurated in the academic year 1992, the college produced its inaugural batch of Law Graduates in 1993-94. Beyond academic pursuits, GLC Thrissur actively fosters a culture of research, moot court competitions, seminars, and various co-curricular activities, nurturing well-rounded development among its students.
